Wednesday, 7th June
21.00 Horror hike "The Dark Side of Valga" to the places of the city, not accessible at the usual time. We promise a performance, surprises and much more.
Thursday, 8th June
18.00 The Valga-Valka Twin Cities Festival’s opening ceremony at the Valga Cultural Center. For the first time you can visit the exhibition in honor of the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Estonia "Royal Estonian Republic", in which exhibited about 20 grand pianos from 1918-1940.
21.00 Night bicycle orienteering competitions "Valga night adventure on bicycles" along the Valga streets.

8th - 11th June from 13.00 to 23.00 (Thursday, Friday); From 11.00 to 23.00 (Saturday, Sunday) carousels and attractions in Valka (Latvia) on Lugaži Square, in front of the house of culture. Tickets 2 and 3 €. (28)

7.30-12.00 Morning coffee with the city mayors in front of the Valga Town Hall (1)
11.00 The ceremonial parade of the children of the Valga and Valka kindergartens from the Valga Town Hall along Kesk Street to the Culture Center. We invite all children to join the procession! We release balloons with good wishes to the sky, followed by a concert and a common cake. (1)
14.00 Celebrating the 150th anniversary of the Valga-Valka fire brigade, a report on the theme and the opening of the exhibition at the Valga Museum. (8)
17.00 Super-enduro motorcycle competitions in Valga on the territory between the river Pedeli and the shopping center "Rimi" (11)

18.00-23.00 The Night of the churches. The doors of the churches in Valga and Valka will be opened for all comers - exploratory excursions, concerts and thematic reflections.

Near the Valka Culture House
Competition round "Valkas četrcīņa - 2017" the second stage - road biking (87km, 60km, 30km). Registration from 9:00 - 10:15, Start at 10:30 near the Valka Culture House.
Children from 3-11years old will be able to participate in cycling races around Lugažu area. Distance from 200 m.

- 11:00 – 14:00 The world's only smoke-bubble show and disco-party for children. Inflatable attractions, cotton candy, music and the event manager - Sponge Bob. Entrance - free.
- 15:30 – 22:00 a grand concert “Lecam pa vecam Valkā” (“Jumping the old way in Valka”). Performing groups: ’’Baltie lāči’’,’’Dakota’’ ,’’Galaktika’’, ’’Otra Puse’’,’’Tranzīts’’, ’’A-Europa’’, Ivo Fomins, Antra Stafecka, DJ E.E. Edžiņš. The concert’s manager – the actor Imants Vekmanis.
- 22:00 – 5:00 the effect party “Electric SMOG!”. Entrance – 16+ years old. Electronic dance music’s event with Latvian contemporary groups and DJs. Participants: Rieks and the group, Dj Emil Deo, Dj ROMKEEN, NILL KETNER, REZarin, Trap Love, Street Warriors show. Tickets can be bought: bilesuserviss.lv and at the Valka Culture House.

Sunday, 11th June - Valka and Valga 433. BIRTHDAY!
VALKA:
10:00 – The parade of the fire equipment for honor of Valka and Valga fire department’s the 150th anniversary. Anyone, who has been linked with the firefighting work, is invited to participate in a festive parade. Performing Smiltenes Symphonic Band. From Valka old VUGD depo - Raiņa Street 25 – Rīgas Street – Raja Street – Sepa Street - Kesk Street.
VALGA:
At the end of the parade the demonstrations of fire equipment and fun attractions – at the square next to Rīgas - Raja Street border.
11:00 – The strongman’s competitions. The area between the river Pedele and Rimi store.
At Valga Culture and Hobby Center, Kesk Street 1
18:00 The conclusion of the festival. The concert of the Livonia Youngsters Orchestra. Entrance - 3 euro. Proceeds from the concert will be used for the development of orchestral activities.
