On Friday, 26th of February at 19:00 in Valka Culture house – unique concert “From four districts woven”.
The author and the musical producer of the concert’s idea is popularly beloved musician and composer Atis Auzāns. Singing the most beautiful songs dedicated to all regions, Kurzeme region will be represented by Igo, Zemgale - Samanta Tīna, Vidzeme - Ginta Krievkalna and the temperamental Latgale - himself Atis Auzāns. A special sound to the concert will grant one of the most talented Latvian arrangers Artūrs Palkevičs together with accompanying group. The motto of this concert is “With proud about Latvia!”, because this will be the first time when during a concert tour in Latvia, the concert will be completely provided with only in Latvia produced equipment - microphones, drums and acoustic systems! Equipment, which not only stands out with its excellent quality, but also has gained undivided appreciation far beyond the Latvian borders.
“Exactly Latvia is the place, where all brilliant technological achievements in music are created,” said Atis Auzāns. “And we, musicians, will show that in these concerts. And we want the audience to feel the joy of what our country has created, because we really have a reason to be proud!”
The Music technology in all concerts will be provided by companies – “JZ Microphones”, “Aija audio” and “BRO Creation”.
The concert tour is provided by “Vīgneru Ernesta institūts”, in collaboration with one of the Latvian high-tech flagships - the company “Z-Light”!
