The program of the 13th International Contemporary Theater Festival "Tālvils 2019" has been announced

The program of the 13th International Contemporary Theater Festival "Tālvils 2019" has been announced. The festival will take place from 5th to 8th September in Valka.

 

Thursday, 5th of September:

 

  • In the great hall of Valka City Culture House at 17:00

The opening of the festival. Drum and bagpipe music group "Auļi" will perform their new concert program.
