On 6th of August, 18:00, for the third year the Melodious music festival “Train Rīga – Valka” will be held in Valka open air stage. You will be able to enjoy various genres of music - pop, rock, schlager and country music - everyone will find something for their own taste.
The most precious moment of the festival – band’s “Bumerangs” (“Boomerang”) 30 Year Anniversary Celebration. It also will be the only chance this year to hear them play music and delight their fans with their talent.
This year, the leaders from the melodious music program “Train Rīga – Valka” after a viewer’s voting will be awarded. On the broadcast channel RE: TV, artists and creative personalities every week for over year were invited to a conversation, not only to learn about the beginnings of their careers, music and their love to it, but also to listen to their creative work and allow viewers to explore various musical genres.
Everyone will have a chance to enjoy the variety of genres in the concert – dance party, because there will perform attractive bands such as Rock’n’Berries”, “Melns uz Balta” (“Black on White”), “Kokteilis” (“Cocktail”), “Mākoņstūmēji”, Big Al & “The Jokers”, “Kreicburgas ziķeri”, “Retro” and others.
Pre-sale tickets are available at Valka Culture House; ticket price is 5 euros. On the day of the event ticket prices will be 7 euros. Free entrance for children under 7 years of age.
