On November 12, at 9.30 am the new market place in Valka will be opened with Martin’s day market at Raiņa Street 3B. Some time ago there was a dairy, now the building has a completely new look, also the damaged driveway now is paved. Well equipped and well-lighted trading place will be waiting for traders and buyers. The traders will be to sell their goods under the shelter and in the pavilion too.

Especially the outworkers and artisans are invited to come to the Martin’s day market with their own manufactured products: meat, fish, honey, home made wine, bread, dairy products, sweets and other delicacies, as well as with a variety of wood, metal, leather, clay and other materials products.

Daily market will be open from Tuesday to Saturday from 8:00 am to16:00 pm, Monday and Sunday - closed.
